Food Safety Auditors

We provide food quality, safety and integrity inspection, auditing, consulting and training for our clients as well as developing bespoke standards and protocols. Our clients are leading grocery retailers, manufacturers and food service operators.

We develop and are supported by data driven software to facilitate efficient audit processes, reports and non-compliance management, with technical analysis to help identify potential risks and priorities within the food supply chain.

Vacant Positions

New Auditor

We are seeking suitably qualified and highly experienced individuals, UK based, for full time positions conducting food safety audits within a discreet and dedicated high quality team for a major Retailer. The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

• A recognised qualification in a food related subject at degree level (or equivalent)
• A minimum of 10 years food industry experience at Technical Manager level including High Care / High Risk environments
• Auditing experience with a broad range of food category capabilities, ideally to include Meat and Dairy
• Qualified Lead Auditor
• HACCP qualified at Intermediate level or above.
• Possession of knowledge of current Industry and Retailers' Food Manufacturing Standards requirements.

The candidate will have a flexible approach to work and travel with willingness to travel all over the UK and some European countries. He or she is likely to spend 50% of their time away from home. Good computer literacy and report writing skills and an ability to communicate at all levels are essential.

Salary and package will reflect experience and capabilities of high calibre individuals.
